Official TNP Ballot

Article 3.1: 

IN THE INSTANCE where at the showdown where two players going "Both Ways" (high and low) win in one direction only and lose in one direction only against each other.

WHEREAS the "Both Ways" players combined have the two best hands of all the declarees. 

WHEREAS the remaining "One Way" declarees (if any) do not have the highest or lowest hand.

WHEREAS there is a lot of yelling and arguing and the game comes to a screeching halt.

The pot should be split between the two players going "Both Ways."

The "Both Ways" players cancel each other out, and the second best hands win.
