Hot Sauce Heaven!

The roof...the roof... the roof of you mouth's on fire.....  Monsieur Redcard will be hosting a special "Mardi-Gras" edition of Tuesday Night Poker.  Bring your beads and Pepto-Bismol as this promises to be a gastronomic catastrophe of epic proportions.  Your thyroid and sweat glands are sure to get a work-out: this soiree's sodium and capsicum levels are ga-rawn-teed to be high.  And as always, leave your "aawneeons" at home.
